Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warmest greetings to you and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union, number (45103000), dated (6/7/1445 AH). The letter refers to the General Real Estate Authority's letter, number (2374), dated (4/7/1445 AH), regarding the contribution of Mudh Residential Scheme associated with/ Ismael Real Estate Offices. This concerns the land with document number (271), dated (24/9/1424 AH), registered with the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
Based on the Cabinet's decision number (130), dated (7/5/1429 AH), forming the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Decision number (48), dated (14/2/1430 AH), approving the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee, and Cabinet Decision number (297), dated (13/7/1435 AH), amending the working mechanism of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
The committee is currently in the process of selling the contributed land and aims to provide a greater opportunity for investors to apply to purchase the contributed lands it manages. This is in line with the letter from the Director-General of Education in the Qassim Region, number (4500687092), dated (20/6/1445 AH). The letter indicates that the piece to be sold by the committee is an educational facility within a new and growing development plan.
